The FS30 is to be used with 30 amp shore cord applications

You can rest assured with the ProSafe FS30. When connected to shore power and this Galvanic Isolator is connected to your boat it will interrupt all other galvanic flow from the other boats in the marina. In the event of a failure, the failure is safe by not compromising the ground continuity. In-rush currents of 3,000 amps are no problem due to the high power diodes which meets the new FailSafe criteria. This unit can be mounted in the engine compartment and meets ISO 8846 standards. Since the ProSafe is FailSafe certified there is no need to have a dedicated monitor and it is easy to install.
