TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on TheOutfittersGeneralStore.com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
We endeavor to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites. The Outfitters General Store is not responsible for typographical errors.
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept payments using PayPal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by Money Order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take as long as 10 days.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of shipping charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart. Shipping charges quoted are for the continental United States. All US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. Please call for expetited shipping quotes.
Delivery will normally be made within 7 working days from clearance of payment. We do require 1 business day for order processing. Although rare our UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service will experience troubles delivering a package so we ask that you allow a total of 14 days for delivery.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable shipping charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine re-saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than re-saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the US. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
