Shipping Policies All orders placed have a 24 hour processing time. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will be shipped on the following working day unless that day Friday. UPS and FedEx do not pick up packages on the weekends.
Most orders will ship UPS Ground and our system is set up to charge UPS Ground rates. We do offer expedited shipping but you must contact us to receive a price quote. Our phone number is 816-668-6765. There is still a required 24 hour processing time even with expedited shipping. UPS Ground shipping should take 2-10 business days depending on your location. Please Note: UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as “time in transit” days. Orders placed to a Military facility will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time to these locations can take up to two weeks. We ship all orders to continental US destinations via UPS services. Our shopping cart will automatically figure the shipping cost for you. All costs are figured by weight and normal UPS Ground rates apply. All customers who place orders online will automatically receiving shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has been made. For security and protection the following shipping policies apply to orders shipped inside the US. All next day air shipments are sent "signature required" All high value shipments are sent "signature required" High value items (over $500.) may only be shipped to the credit cards billing address unless an alternate address is added on file with your credit card company. Please call us if you have questions. We cannot specify for UPS to leave a box at your house if you are not home, it is up to the drivers discretion. We ask that you leave a note for the UPS driver if you will not be home when your shipment arrives and you want the UPS driver to leave your shipment. All Packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific carrier used.
If you should receive a shipment that has been damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as possible! All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Claims can only be filed from the shipper and not the recipient. If you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. The tracers must be initiated by the shipper and not the recipient. Tracers usually take 5-14 days.
