Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at The Outfitters General Store so the following policies apply.
All new and unopened products can be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. All returns must be made within 30 days to our warehouse from the date of your purchase receipt. If the returned order shipped for free $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
All defective items will be replaced to you at no charge within the first 30 days from the date on your purchase receipt. All defective items must be shipped back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days from the date on your receipt, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Please refer to your owner’s manual or contact the Manufacturer for instructions.
Used items will not be accepted for credit or refund.
Opened computer software or videotapes, electronic charts, and data cards are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date on your purchase receipt.
