The Outfitters General Store, Return Policies All defective items will be replaced to you at no charge within the first 30 days from the date on your receipt. All defective items must be shipped back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days from the date on your receipt, the manufacturers warranty applies. Please refer to your owner’s manual or contact the Manufacturer for instructions.
Used items will not be accepted for credit or refund. Opened computer software or videotapes, electronic charts, and data cards are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date on your receipt.
Before returning items please call at 816-668-6765 or email us at returns@theoutfittersgeneralstore.com for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.
